Description
Middlesex County is seeking a vendor to furnish and deliver one Seraphin or equal fuel prover stainless steel trailer for its Office of Weights and Measurements. The trailer must include a heavy-duty dual-axle frame, aluminum deck and fenders, grounding cable, fire extinguisher, electric brakes, LED lighting, jacks, spare tire, backup camera, hitch, protective coating, and stainless steel hardware. The required equipment includes a 200-gallon and a 50-gallon Type 304 stainless steel prover tank, each built to NIST Handbook 105-3 and API Manual of Petroleum Measurement Standards Chapter 4, with specified calibration, accuracy, scales, thermometers, level indicators, valves, sight-flow indicators, submerged-fill piping, covers, and mounting features. The trailer must also include an explosion-proof pump-off system with stainless steel piping, valves, hose reel, fuel hose, power cable, and enclosed pump equipment. The award is based on the lowest total lump-sum bid, with delivery required within 120 days of the purchase order and a one-time shipment to the County's Central Vehicle Maintenance and Repair facility.
