Description
The Texas Animal Health Commission is soliciting one new or one-trip 40-foot high-cube cargo container office with a bathroom. The unit must meet specified dimensional limits and include a Corten steel container, durable exterior coating suitable for the south Texas coastal plains, windows, a lockable bathroom with toilet and vanity, finished and insulated interior surfaces with minimum R-10 insulation, cooling-focused HVAC, a 200-amp electrical panel, and a ceiling outlet for a Wi-Fi unit. The required bathroom, electrical panel, and entry-door locations are fixed by the reference floor plan, while certain window, HVAC, outlet, and lighting locations may be adjusted. A minimum 90-day workmanship warranty is required. The vendor must provide a complete, assembled, and tested unit; include delivery and freight in the bid price; unload the container at delivery; and provide an estimated delivery time after purchase-order award. Delivery must occur no later than January 29, 2027. The bid package requires the signed IFB, vendor information and tax identification details, delivery and discount information, estimated delivery date, per-unit and total pricing, and the completed Information and Certifications Form.
