Utility All-Terrain Vehicles

The U.S. Department of State, through the American Embassy San Salvador, is seeking four utility all-terrain vehicles. The award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quotation is technically acceptable and offers the lowest evaluated price, with the Government intending to evaluate initial quotations without discussions. Quotations must be submitted in English as one Adobe Acrobat PDF file and must include the completed and signed SF-1449, completed Section 1 - The Schedule, completed Section 5 - Representations and Certifications, all additional documentation required by Section 3, and proof of active SAM registration.
