Description
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of state agencies and political subdivisions for a statewide, open-end contract covering 2027 or latest-model-year motor vehicles in Classes 20–40. The solicitation includes full-size passenger and cargo vans, large pickup trucks, and one-ton dual-rear-wheel vehicles, with separate pricing by vehicle class and fuel type, including gasoline, flex-fuel, diesel, CNG/bifuel, and hybrid where available. Vehicles must be new and meet detailed requirements for equipment, configuration, safety features, pre-delivery inspection, documentation, warranty coverage, and delivery. Bidders must be the manufacturer or a manufacturer-authorized dealership for the vehicle make and model; third-party suppliers are prohibited. The contract is intended to provide continuing vehicle purchases by participating agencies, with awards made by vehicle class and fuel type to the lowest responsible bidder meeting the specifications. Vendors must complete the applicable Exhibit A pricing pages, provide signed bid submissions, and furnish quarterly utilization reports during contract performance.
