Description
The City of Boston is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase of one OEM Polaris Ranger XP 1000. The solicitation permits bids for an equal item if the proposed item meets the specified quality, durability, appearance, strength, design, functional, and detailed requirements; bidders offering an alternative must provide the manufacturer's name, catalog number, model number, and price. The contract describes a one-year term and requires submission of a unit price for the listed item. Responses may be submitted electronically through the City's Online Sourcing & Procurement system or by traditional paper bid. Paper bids require an original wet-ink-signed bid and one duplicate copy; a bid deposit may be required if specified in the advertisement. Performance security may also be required if specified in the advertisement.
