Description
Victoria Independent School District (VISD) is issuing an Invitation to Bid for chemicals, supplies, and paper products for its Child Nutrition Department. The solicitation covers a wide range of items including cleaning chemicals (bleach, degreaser, oven cleaner), disposable food service items (cups, plates, trays, utensils, straws, napkins), paper products (paper towels, parchment liners), plastic bags, gloves, foil, and other kitchen supplies. The contract period is from November 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027, with two optional one-year extensions. Bids must be submitted electronically via VISD's online bidding system; faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted. Required documents include a completed proposal sheet, deviation form, conflict of interest questionnaire, W-9 form, federal contracts addendum, and legal notice form.
