Description
Conestoga College is conducting market research on providers capable of operating and managing food services at multiple campuses, including retail food outlets and catering. Respondents are asked to answer four questions about their interest, potential barriers to bidding, ways to make a future opportunity attractive, and feedback on the proposed agreement term. This is an RFI for planning purposes, not a request for proposals or a commitment to procure services. The College anticipates a future RFP process and expects a new operator to onboard in June 2027, with operations beginning in August 2027. The proposed agreement term is five years, with up to five additional one-year extensions at the College’s discretion.
