Description
Snohomish County is soliciting sealed bids for replacement of the Stanwood/Marine Drive culvert under Bid No. PW-26-0802SB and Project Nos. RR48105, WC8105, and UPI 21-0012. The project is funded by FHWA and county funds and has an engineer’s estimate of $4,114,624.20. The solicitation identifies a 16% SBE goal, zero training hours, and no apprenticeship requirement. Bids must be submitted on the forms obtained through the Builders Exchange of Washington virtual plan room. Bidders are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging all addenda.
