Oregon State University (OSU) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a Reserve Contract Program for Professional Consultants. The program is designed to pre-qualify consultants across numerous disciplines including architecture, engineering, environmental services, planning, and many others as listed in Exhibit 1. Consultants who are awarded a reserve contract may be selected for specific projects valued up to $2,000,000 through a streamlined procurement process. The contract term runs from the effective date of signing through November 30, 2030. Services may be required at any OSU location across the state of Oregon. Consultants must be licensed and registered to do business in Oregon, and must provide proof of insurance prior to contract execution. The RFQ includes requirements for prevailing wage compliance, diverse business inclusion, and background checks for certain projects.
