Description
The Bureau of Indian Education is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote for radio equipment and related services for Tuba City Boarding School buses. The requirement includes 15 DTP9751 portable 4G LTE FirstNet radios, 30 SR500 mobile 4G LTE FirstNet radios, dispatch/GPS console software for a PC, activation, programming and SIM installation for 46 units, mobile radio installation for 30 units, mobile and group/private airtime, optional GPS tracking, and FirstNet access. This is a brand-name-or-equal requirement. Equivalent products must be supported by a comparison report demonstrating that they meet or exceed the stated salient characteristics. The offeror must be an authorized manufacturer reseller and provide manufacturer proof of that status. Products must be fully manufactured, in stock, ready to ship, and not refurbished, gray-market, backordered, or requiring manufacture for delivery. Quotes are evaluated using lowest-price technically acceptable procedures, including the ability to meet delivery within 30 days after receipt of order.
