Description
The City of Branson is soliciting electronic bids for improvements at the intersection of West 76 Country Boulevard and Highway 165. The work includes roadway milling and paving, concrete pavement and driveways, curb and gutter, sidewalks and ADA ramps, excavation, embankment, retaining walls, stormwater inlets and piping, erosion and sediment control, pavement markings, temporary and permanent traffic signal systems, utility adjustments, temporary traffic control, landscaping and automatic irrigation, streetscape lighting, flagpoles, stacked rock walls, and custom sculptural elements. The project includes procurement, fabrication, delivery, and installation of a sculpted bald eagle, sculptural metal American flag, curvilinear metal curls, and a City logo sign, with stated allowances of $150,000, $120,000, $65,000, and $10,000, respectively. Rain Bird irrigation equipment and RGBW color-changing lighting fixtures are required for applicable systems. Contractors must maintain at least one traffic lane in each direction except for brief approved interruptions, perform at least 25% of the total contract work with their own organization, and submit required bid forms, bid security, qualifications information, addendum acknowledgment, and subcontractor disclosure documentation. Final completion is required within 365 consecutive calendar days after the Notice to Proceed and no later than April 15, 2028.
