Description
The State of Missouri, Department of Social Services, Family Support Division, Rehabilitation Services for the Blind, is seeking qualified vendors to establish a Qualified Vendors List (QVL) for Micro Market Equipment and related services. This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to create a supply channel for micro market equipment and related items, intended to foster competition and ensure consistent, high-quality product delivery. The contract will be non-exclusive, and the Department reserves the right to purchase from alternative sources or issue subsequent solicitations. Vendors will be added to the QVL and will receive quote requests on an as-needed basis. Pricing is not to be entered at this time; vendors must enter $1.00 in required fields for system submission purposes only. The contract period will be from the Date of Award through one year, with four optional one-year renewal periods.
