Description
The General Services Administration is seeking a fully serviced lease for 441,250 to 442,000 ABOA square feet of contiguous, ground-level space on a single floor in a warehouse-type building within the delineated Sumner, Washington, area. The requirement includes warehouse, office, light industrial, and wareyard space; 200 reserved government parking spaces; a secured, paved, and lighted 247,000-square-foot wareyard; a minimum 30-foot clear ceiling height; 50-foot column spacing; ten loading docks with hydraulic levelers and vehicle restraints; two ground-level roll-up doors; and tractor-trailer access for vehicles up to 70 feet long. The facility must support vertical retrieval systems, 25-foot racks, RF-guided turret trucks, hazardous-materials operations, a Dyno and Hazmat room, and a Vetronics clean room with HEPA filtration and an antistatic floor. The building may not be shared with non-Department of Defense agencies and must meet applicable security, fire/life-safety, accessibility, seismic, sustainability, environmental, and floodplain requirements. Offers must be submitted electronically through the GSA Leasing Portal or by email to the designated proposal recipients. The solicitation requires completion of GSA pricing and proposal forms and supporting ownership, financing, zoning, floor-plan, fire/life-safety, seismic, environmental, energy-efficiency, security, and broker documentation. Sensitive information must be requested separately from the Lease Contracting Officer's designee. The lease has a 10-year full and firm term, with occupancy required according to the lease completion schedule.
