Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quote for three each of nonpneumatic, ratcheting TX3 tourniquets in olive drab green, NSN 6515-01-667-6208. The solicitation identifies the requested item as a medical supply and permits alternate offers only when accompanied by complete technical data sufficient for evaluation. The supplies must be commercially packaged and marked in accordance with the stated medical packaging and marking requirements, including Medical Marking Standard No. 1 and applicable DLA packaging requirements. Delivery is FOB destination, with a five-day delivery requirement after award, to the specified military receiving location.
