Description
The City seeks a contractor to complete a partial remodel of its Development Services building. The work includes adding 10 exterior windows, interior painting, replacing flooring throughout the building except in the existing restrooms and janitorial closet, and associated demolition, construction, and finish work shown in the plans. The building is approximately 14,393 square feet.
