Description
The District seeks a supplier to fabricate and deliver three 18-foot aluminum walkways, including handrails, swing gates, appurtenances, and specified ancillary support beams, in accordance with the solicitation drawings and specifications. The work includes preparing shop drawings for District review and approval before fabrication. Installation, H-piles, concrete footers, gate frame supports, and sluice gates are excluded, except for the specified supplier-furnished support beams. All work must be completed by March 1, 2027. The estimated budget is $40,000. The response must include the completed Quote Form and required qualification and compliance materials, including a General Qualifications Questionnaire, Similar Projects Form, authority-to-do-business certificate, non-collusion affidavit, and Submittal Acknowledgment Form. Proof of active Florida business registration and E-Verify registration is also required. A Drug-Free Workplace Form is only considered in the event of a tie. The District will award to the lowest responsive, responsible respondent. Submittals are accepted through either of two named online portals or on a single thumb drive delivered by mail or hand delivery; email submissions are prohibited.
