Description
Washington State Parks seeks a contractor to fabricate and provide galvanized steel cross-bracing components and associated hardware for pier repairs at Illahee and Pleasant Harbor State Parks. The scope includes 36 steel clamp collar sets of varying diameters, 18 cross-brace rod assemblies with turnbuckles, clevises, and cotter pins, and 36 sets of bolts, nuts, and washers. Components must meet the specifications and drawings in Exhibit A, including hot-dip galvanizing after fabrication. The contractor must deliver the completed items within 90 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed; State Parks staff will install them. Responses must include the completed bid certifications, bidder profile, price sheet, a self-authored experience and expertise response, five references, and the subcontractor inclusion plan if subcontractors will be used. The PCB-free products preference form and supporting test results are optional. The contract is expected to run through June 30, 2027, with possible extensions of up to three years.
