Description
Henry County School System is soliciting an all-or-nothing bid for a combination outdoor walk-in cooler and freezer and epoxy-coated wire shelving for the School Nutrition Program at Lakewood Elementary School. The requested equipment includes specified insulated walk-in panels, doors, lighting, ramps, remote refrigeration systems, controls, warranties, and shelving quantities and models or approved equals. The successful bidder must remove and dispose of the existing walk-in equipment; deliver, assemble, level, seal, and install the new walk-in; install and start up the refrigeration systems; complete required refrigeration, electrical, drain, and heater connections; and assemble and place the shelving. Installation must be completed before June 30, 2027. Bidders must submit the completed bid package, itemized pricing with manufacturer specification sheets, required certifications, insurance certificate, and other listed forms. A mandatory pre-bid site visit is required.
