Description
Bulloch County is soliciting competitive sealed bids for refurbishment of tot slides at Splash in the Boro Waterpark. The work includes fiberglass and gel-coat repairs, heavy sanding, degreasing, power washing, full-interior safety-yellow gel-coat application, removal and replacement of joint and flange sealant, waxing, final safety inspection, exterior touch-up painting, and high-gloss coating for the specified slide configurations. Exterior paint must use Sher-Loxane 800 Paint, with specified red, yellow, blue, and safety-yellow finishes. Bidders must provide labor, materials, equipment, product specifications, warranty information, at least four similar-project references, a certificate of liability insurance, and the required bid forms and affidavits. The solicitation requires a signed addendum, exceptions sheet, bid form, non-collusion affidavit, bidder declaration, and contractor E-Verify affidavit. The work is to be completed according to the schedule established in the notice to proceed.
