Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for 500 feet of special-purpose electrical cable, NSN 6145-01-465-8433, identified as Belden, Inc. part number 6213C. The cable is a commercial off-the-shelf item and must be supplied in one continuous 500-foot length on a spool; multiple unit packs are unacceptable under the applicable advice-code requirement. The solicitation also specifies packaging, marking, inspection, domestic-material, and delivery requirements. The quoted material must be packaged in accordance with ASTM D3951 and applicable DLA requirements, marked and labeled in accordance with MIL-STD-129, and delivered FOB origin to the Tobyhanna Army Depot in Pennsylvania. The requested delivery period is five days after order, with a quantity variance of plus 10 percent and minus 0 percent.
