The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center requires 3,000 feet of TCOM-400-FR coaxial RF cable, supplied on three 1,000-foot reels. The cable must be 50 ohms, have a 0.405-inch overall diameter, fire-retardant non-halogen lowsmoke polyethylene jacketing, an operating temperature range of -40°F to 185°F, a maximum frequency of 16.2 GHz, and the specified shielding and construction characteristics.
