Description
The Village of North Palm Beach is soliciting a contractor to construct improvements on Buoy Road from Lighthouse Drive to Cruiser Road South. The work includes roadway milling and resurfacing, pavement reconstruction, excavation, grading, drainage structures and reinforced concrete pipe, a tide check valve, sidewalks, driveways, swale regrading and sodding, pavement markings, maintenance of traffic, pollution prevention, and site restoration. The project also includes replacing and abandoning existing water and sewer infrastructure, including installation of new ductile iron water main, PVC sanitary sewer, valves, hydrants, service connections, testing, and related fittings. The contractor must be a licensed and bonded Florida general contractor, provide similar-project experience and at least three references, obtain required permits, and complete construction within 120 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. No subcontracting is allowed unless specifically authorized by the Village.
