Description
The City is seeking a contractor to construct replacement stairs connecting the upper and lower parking lots behind City Hall. The design should be similar to existing stairs nearby, and the stairs must be built from treated lumber with appropriate fasteners. The City’s Department of Public Works will remove the existing stairs and platform and complete the necessary concrete work in coordination with the contractor. Contractors are encouraged to visit the site before submitting a bid.
