Description
Cobb County is soliciting a contractor for Resurfacing Contract 2027-1, Project No. B2932, involving asphaltic resurfacing on various northwest county streets, variable-depth milling, patching, pavement markings, speed-hump work, and related roadway construction. The street list covers 115 local roads and includes approximately 340,000 square yards of pavement area, with additional work as directed. The contractor must comply with applicable Georgia Department of Transportation requirements, maintain any required Georgia utility contractor licensing, and comply with Georgia security and immigration requirements. The bid must include the required contractor affidavit, proposal guaranty, and electronic proposal materials. A 5% bid bond is required; awarded contractors must provide a 100% performance bond and a 110% labor and material payment bond. Work must be completed by October 31, 2027.
