Description
The City seeks pricing for at least 1,480 reversible youth-league basketball jerseys and at least 150 head coach T-shirts. Jerseys must be 100% polyester micro-poly interlock fabric (no mesh), available in at least five colors and sizes from youth small through adult triple extra-large. They require team names, player numbers, and sponsor names printed in specified locations and colors. Coach shirts must be a 50/50 blend in assorted colors, with the team name on the front. Pricing must include printing, screens, setup, artwork, packaging, labeling, and other costs. Jerseys and shirts must be packaged by team in separate boxes, with each package labeled by team name, shirt color, and quantities and sizes. Defective shirts must be replaced within five days of a request made within 30 days of delivery. Final quantities, sizes, and colors will be determined after registration; the order will be placed no later than December 11, 2026. Delivery is required by January 4, 2027.
