Description
The Ministry of Transportation and Transit of British Columbia is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to establish contracts with up to five qualified appraisal firms to provide real estate appraisal services and advisory services on an 'as and when' basis. The services will support the South Coast Region Highways and Regional Services Division and will cover a full spectrum of valuation assignments including residential, institutional, industrial, commercial, and agricultural properties. The successful proponents must demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, as they may handle confidential and politically sensitive issues. The contract is expected to last two years, with a maximum value of $500,000 per contract, and each firm may be awarded only one contract in the region. The work will be performed throughout the South Coast Region of British Columbia.
