Description

St. Mary Assumption School is requesting quotations for Category 2 internal network services and equipment. The scope includes approximately one 48-port PoE switch with installation, configuration, and maintenance; two 1,500 VA-or-better UPS battery backups with installation, configuration, and maintenance; managed internal broadband services for eligible internal-connection components; and basic maintenance for existing wireless access points, wireless controllers, network switches, UPS units, routers, firewall, and caching server. The solicitation also identifies existing equipment including Ubiquiti UniFi switches and wireless access points, a UniFi Dream Machine Pro, and a SODOLA managed PoE switch. Vendors must provide firm-fixed pricing, itemize non-eligible products and services separately, hold an E-rate SPIN, maintain the required 2027 Service Provider Annual Certification Form 473 filing and active SAM.gov registration, and clearly mark quotations “E-rate bid.” Multi-year contracts may be considered, and the school may select more than one provider for a service type.
