Description
The district seeks agencies to provide services in either or both of two areas: Exceptional Student Education (ESE) nursing and respiratory therapy for students with disabilities whose educational plans and approved nursing orders require those services, and as-needed comprehensive health coverage at school locations. Requested personnel include registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, respiratory therapists, and certified emergency medical providers. ESE services may include direct care for medically fragile students, medication administration, respiratory treatments, emergency response, and related student health support. The district anticipates coverage across approximately 300 schools and describes substantial estimated monthly nursing and respiratory therapy hours. Proposals must address the requested service models, staffing capacity, clinical supervision, operational procedures, and applicable qualifications. The response must include an executive summary, technical approach, experience and qualifications, pricing, and required forms and exhibits. The contract is planned for an initial three-year term with two one-year renewal options. Insurance evidence, applicable agency licenses and certifications, and client references are required with the proposal; certain personnel records are identified as post-award documentation.
