Description
H&A is requesting proposals to construct a new Valvoline Instant Oil Change facility at a 1.64-acre site, including site work, utilities, concrete and asphalt paving, striping, landscaping, and related site improvements. The building will include wood framing, structural steel, wood trusses, finished sales space, a basement lube pit, architectural shingles, stone veneer, fiber-cement siding, and interior finishes such as FRP, diamond plate, paint, drywall, and ceilings. The scope also includes excavation, backfill and compaction around the lube-pit basement walls, waterproofing and drainage, and full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including gas lines, HVAC units and louvers, and lighting fixtures. Specifications identify certain materials and systems as non-substitutable. Proposals are due by October 21, 2026, at noon Eastern Time; commencement is anticipated in the first quarter of 2027, with completion within 150 days.
