Description
The City of Fairfax is soliciting term contract(s) for as-needed grounds maintenance, mowing, landscaping, and snow removal services at City of Fairfax properties. The City may award the work in the aggregate or by group, and multiple awards will be made for snow removal. Bidders must submit pricing using the provided Price Schedule. The solicitation package includes a Bid Submission Form, Price Schedule, Reference List, Equipment List, addendum, specifications, and property-location documents covering rights-of-way, public schools, a cemetery, and other City properties.
