Description
The City seeks vendors to supply a broad range of materials, including hot- and cold-mix asphalt, aggregate base, crushed and drain rock, rip rap, sand, concrete and slurry mixes, loam, eco blocks, and concrete additives. Bidders may quote individual spreadsheet line items; awards will be made by line item to the lowest responsible bidder, and the City may select backup suppliers if the primary supplier cannot provide materials or meet delivery requirements. The contract covers one year, January 1 through December 31, 2027, with no extensions; the City states it will rebid the requirement annually. Suppliers must hold quoted prices for the contract term and be able to supply ordered quantities on working days. Some items are to be delivered to City locations or job sites, while others are priced for pickup at the supplier's plant. The bid requires a completed proposal form and pricing spreadsheet; insurance documentation is required of awarded suppliers during the contract term.
