Description
Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center seeks a turnkey mobile medical clinic vehicle designed to support community-based healthcare services, preventive care, screenings, vaccinations, outreach programs, and clinical examinations. The vehicle must be delivered operational with a medical conversion, furnishings, electrical systems, accessibility equipment, and safety features. Requirements include a rear wheelchair lift, clinical examination and workspace areas, secure medical storage, a vaccine refrigerator and transport system, sink and plumbing, onboard and shore power, climate control, and specified safety and exterior equipment. The proposal must describe how the vehicle meets the specifications and include a detailed floor plan, renderings or photographs, battery-runtime calculations, warranty information, delivery schedule, training plan, and service/support capabilities. Pricing is requested for the vehicle and conversion, equipment and systems, delivery, training, warranty, and optional generator and graphics. The vendor must also provide corporate experience and at least three relevant client references. A VetHUB Subcontracting Plan is required.
