Description
The City seeks a contractor to furnish and install beverage and snack vending machines in City-occupied facilities and operate them as a full-service vending program. The scope includes stocking a range of beverages and snacks, routine maintenance and repairs, machine cleaning, inventory management, customer refunds, and service-call response. Machines must meet specified equipment, payment, safety, and operational requirements; cashless payment capability is preferred. The City may also authorize fountain sales and case sales at its option. Proposals must describe the vendor’s operational and management plans, equipment, products and pricing, commissions and profit-sharing, reporting, service response, and relevant experience. The proposal must include three similar public-sector vending references, a sample contract, equipment and product lists, signage and logos, and the requested operational and management information. The contract term is five years, with one optional five-year extension.
