Description
The City seeks an aqueous 15% hydrochloric acid solution for use in generating chlorine dioxide for potable water treatment. The product must meet specified purity and concentration requirements and hold NSF/ANSI Standard 60 certification. Bidders must provide a certificate of analysis, product safety data sheets, certification, and references for at least three potable water treatment plants currently using the product; references will be checked and considered in selection.
