Description
The State of Minnesota is requesting proposals for a comprehensive, well-rounded, and innovative food service program serving state and federal employees, legislators, and public visitors across all state buildings on the State Capitol Complex. The estimated contract value is $500,000 to $525,000 for one year of services; these amounts and any quantities are estimates and do not establish a minimum or maximum obligation. The anticipated contract period is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028, with an option to extend for up to an additional 36 months in increments determined by the State. Addenda Nos. 1, 2, and 3 answer questions and revise the response deadline. Responders may acknowledge receipt by responding to Event No. 18479, Version 1, or the most recent version, by the solicitation deadline. Required documentation includes Attachment A: Responder Declarations; Attachment B: Exceptions to State's Standard Terms and Conditions; Attachment D: Workforce and Equal Pay Declaration Page; Attachment E: Additional Information; Attachment F: Work Plan Narrative; Attachment G: Sustainability Implementation; and Exhibit D: Price Schedule. Fax and non-electronic responses will not be accepted; proposals must be submitted online through the SWIFT Supplier Portal.
