Description
The Maryland Health Care Commission is seeking a single contractor to maintain and support its publicly available web environment and associated AWS infrastructure. The scope includes management of a six-account AWS Organization; VPCs, subnets, routing, security groups, load balancers, DNS, storage, monitoring, and cost optimization; and development, staging, quality-assurance, and production environments. The contractor will support Drupal and .NET applications, MariaDB and SQL Server databases, CI/CD deployment pipelines, SFTP, backups, disaster recovery, encryption, secrets management, web application firewall controls, centralized logging, security updates, incident response, documentation, knowledge transfer, and 24/7 technical support. The proposal must include technical and financial volumes, detailed work plans, proposed personnel qualifications and resumes, references, subcontractor information, insurance evidence, and specified Maryland affidavits and forms. The contract is a single-award, firm-fixed-price contract with time-and-materials work orders and a two-year duration.
