Description
The Federal Bureau of Investigation is requesting a firm-fixed-price quotation for 15 exact-brand Sumuri Talino workstations to support digital-media exploitation, forensic processing, and approved on-premises artificial-intelligence workloads. Alternate, substitute, equivalent, or “or equal” products will not be considered; authorized resellers or distributors may quote the required products. Each workstation must include Windows 11 Pro 64-bit; an Intel Core Ultra 9 285K processor with liquid cooling; 192 GB of DDR5 memory; four dedicated 1 TB Gen4 M.2 NVMe drives; eight 1 TB SSDs in RAID 5; an NVIDIA RTX PRO 4000 Blackwell 24 GB graphics card; an ARC-1883i RAID card; specified hot-swap drive bays and USB expansion; a 1,700-watt power supply; specified chassis characteristics; and a three-year standard OEM warranty. Quotes must identify the exact manufacturer, model, configuration, quantity, warranty/support, delivery schedule, unit price, and extended price, and certify that the products are new, genuine OEM products eligible for warranty support in the United States. Delivery is estimated within 30 calendar days after receipt of order, and the Government will evaluate quotations using a lowest-price technically acceptable methodology with a mandatory procurement risk assessment before award.
