Description
The Naval Shipyard Support Office is procuring 72 commercial off-the-shelf audio/visual, computing, camera, lighting, monitoring, battery, memory, and data-storage products for the Corporate Instructional Design Center. The requirement includes specified brand-name products and part numbers, including Apple MacBook Pro computers, Canon cinema cameras, Sony and SanDisk memory cards, SmallHD monitors, Aputure lighting, DJI camera equipment, Teradek wireless video equipment, portable SSDs, and LTO-9 data-storage media and hardware. This is an all-or-none, firm-fixed-price purchase requiring pricing for every contract line item. Products must be new OEM equipment; remanufactured, used, gray-market, and unauthorized-channel items are unacceptable. Offerors must be the OEM, an authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller and must provide proof of authorization with the quotation. Delivery is required by October 30, 2026, to the specified naval shipyard destination. Award will be made to one responsible offeror under a lowest-price technically acceptable evaluation, and partial quotes will not be considered.
