Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is requesting quotations for six individual units of gasket NSN 5330-01-674-1415. The requirements are listed under separate purchase requests and must be delivered within five days after delivery order, FOB destination, with destination inspection and acceptance. The gaskets are subject to restricted-source engineering approval, with the listed approved source being Mirion Technologies (Canberra), Inc., CAGE 0K3M2, part number 20366930. Supplies must be asbestos-free and comply with specified shelf-life, packaging, preservation, marking, palletization, and shipping requirements, including MIL-STD-2073-1E, MIL-STD-129, and applicable hazardous-material provisions. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
