Description
Washington Headquarters Services, on behalf of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price commercial contract for 96 square meters of prime exhibition/booth space in the official USA Partnership Pavilion at the 2027 Dubai Air Show. The required space is 12 meters by 8 meters, for the event scheduled November 15–19, 2027. The notice identifies Kallman Worldwide, Inc. as the exclusive organizer, sales representative, and space consolidator authorized to lease, assign, or sell space within the designated pavilion footprint.
