Description
The United Nations Development Programme, on behalf of UN agencies in Serbia, seeks one provider for a long-term agreement to deliver event management and organization services on an as-needed basis. Services include event planning and coordination; participant and registration management; venue sourcing and accommodation; transportation; catering; onsite coordination; audio-visual and technical production; interpretation and translation; event materials; and virtual and hybrid event platforms and support. The provider must offer comparable service options, negotiate with third-party suppliers, disclose discounts and other financial benefits, and remain responsible for the quality of services delivered by its subcontractors and suppliers. No minimum volume of work is guaranteed. The initial agreement term is three years, with a possible two-year extension. The financial proposal uses sample event scenarios for evaluation; those quantities are not guaranteed service volumes. Proposals must be submitted through the Quantum system, with the financial proposal uploaded separately in the commercial section. A copy of the proposal security must be included with the technical proposal, and its original must be physically received within three days after the submission deadline.
