UNDP seeks a professional event management firm to deliver logistical, operational, and creative services for two report-launch convenings, each expected to host approximately 150 guests. The scope includes event planning, venue coordination, theme and décor design, audiovisual coordination, equipment and furniture procurement, vendor management for catering, transportation and security, photography and videography, public relations support, on-site registration and guest management, and post-event evaluation and reporting. Technical materials include the prescribed proposal forms, company and qualification information, relevant experience, methodology and implementation plan, and key personnel CVs and availability statements.
