Description
Washington Headquarters Services, on behalf of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price commercial contract to Kallman Worldwide, Inc. for 99 square meters of prime exhibition space (11 m × 9 m) within the official USA Partnership Pavilion at the Farnborough International Airshow, scheduled for July 17–21, 2028. Kallman Worldwide is identified as the exclusive organizer, sales representative, and space consolidator authorized to lease, assign, or sell space within the designated U.S. Pavilion footprint. This is a notice of intent to sole source, not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. Responsible sources believing they can provide the required exclusive pavilion space may submit a capability statement electronically to the contracting point of contact by November 19, 2026.
