NOTICE TO BIDDERS BID #26-3935 Notice is hereby given that the City of North Little Rock's Commerce Department will receive sealed bids until, Friday, September 11, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., CST on the following: Transformers for the North Little Rock Electric Department Specifications may be secured from the Commerce Department, 700 West 29th Street in North Little Rock or www.nlr.ar.gov. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or information in any bid, and to make an award in any manner, consistent with law, deemed in the best interest of the City. Description
The City of North Little Rock's Commerce Department is soliciting sealed bids for transformers for the North Little Rock Electric Department. Specifications may be obtained from the Commerce Department or the city's website. The city encourages participation from minority-owned, disadvantaged, woman-owned, and Small Business Administration vendors and reserves the right to reject bids, waive irregularities, and make an award in accordance with applicable law.
