Description
Aquilla Independent School District is requesting proposals for a fully managed, leased lit-fiber Internet access solution serving Aquilla School. Vendors should provide bandwidth options of 5 Gbps, 10 Gbps, and 15 Gbps, with scalability during the contract term. The broader Form 470 service range identifies Internet and data transmission capacity from 5 Gbps to 25 Gbps. The requested solution includes installation, activation, and initial configuration, along with maintenance and technical support. Proposals should distinguish eligible from non-eligible costs, comply with applicable federal program and Texas Education Agency purchasing requirements, include any applicable special-construction installment-payment option for up to four years, and provide contract-extension options unless the service is month-to-month. Vendors must also be in good standing with the Federal Communications Commission and comply with E-Rate program rules. The solicitation requires completion of the attached “Aquilla_C1 Vendor attachment” when submitting a bid.
