Description
The Ministry of Transportation and Transit (the "Ministry") is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to procure Consulting Services Contracts with qualified Appraisers to provide real estate appraisal services in various regions of the Province of British Columbia. Appraisers are expected to provide a full spectrum of valuation assignments including Residential, Institutional, Industrial, Commercial and Agricultural properties. A high degree of professionalism is expected as the successful proponent may be dealing with highly confidential and politically sensitive issues. The Contractor must have a proven ability to provide services to meet project timelines and must be completely self-sufficient in providing their services. The Ministry wishes to identify and retain up to four (4) Appraisal Firms to assist the Integrated Transportation and Infrastructure Services Divisions with real estate appraisal services and advisory services on an "as and when" basis. Each Appraisal Firm may only be awarded one (1) contract in each region. The estimated contract period is 24 months.
