Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a quotation for four O-rings, NSN 5331-20-005-6481, part number 000-41-6714, manufactured by Phase Analyzer Company Ltd. The items must be delivered within 20 days after order and packaged in accordance with the specified military packaging requirements, including waterproof, greaseproof, opaque packaging and MIL-STD-129 marking. The item has a 120-month, non-extendable shelf-life requirement, must be free of asbestos and Class I ozone-depleting chemicals, and requires supply-chain traceability documentation. The quotation must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System; the solicitation is not a small-business set-aside.
