Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotations for seven purchase requests totaling 43 boxes of resuscitator valves, NSN 6515-01-620-0444. The specified item is a Class II FDA-regulated device with a three-layer filtration barrier system, one-way duckbill valve, top and bottom ports, adjustable 5–20 cm H2O pressure, ISO-standard 22 mm ID connector, and individual packaging. Each box contains 10 valves, and the item must have a 60-month shelf life with no more than nine months elapsed from manufacture to delivery. The quotation must identify the source and part number. The solicitation identifies Teleflex LLC, CAGE 8BXN8, part number 5383, and requires delivery within five days after delivery order, FOB destination, destination inspection and acceptance, and specified medical packaging and marking requirements. Alternate offers require complete technical data sufficient for evaluation. All quotations must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System by the stated deadline.
