Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is requesting a quotation for one package of disposable adult electrocardiograph electrodes, NSN 6515-01-592-7774. The item is specified as a 2-inch nominal-diameter, radiolucent, high-tack foam, wet-gel electrode using a silver/silver chloride sensor, with five electrodes per package and 60 packages per case for a total of 300 electrodes. The requested item is a replacement component for specified adult defibrillator/monitor-recorder systems and must be supplied as the identified Philips North America LLC part, P/N M2202A, or an alternate supported by a complete data package for evaluation. The quotation is for supply and delivery, with destination inspection and acceptance. Packaging must comply with ASTM D3951 as supplemented by DLA requirements, and marking and labeling must comply with MIL-STD-129.
