Description
This solicitation seeks Microsoft Unified Support Services for the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) located at the Presidio of Monterey, CA. The services will support DLIFLC's extensive IT environment, which includes M365 A5, Azure, on-premises infrastructure, and single sign-on capabilities, supporting products such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, and more. The contractor will provide "blue-badge" Unified Support services, offering direct access to Microsoft support engineers for rapid issue resolution and expert guidance. This includes break-fix support, leveraging access to Microsoft engineering groups and developers, and providing technical support, problem resolution, workshops, and strategic guidance for intranet/internet strategies, prototyping, implementation, and deployment of infrastructure and application solutions. The services aim to maximize DLIFLC's Microsoft technology investments, reduce risk, accelerate deployment, and optimize solutions. Key service components include customer organization enablement, guidance on product and security updates, engineering support, onboarding into Unified Support, executive relationship management, on-demand and offline assessments of the IT implementation, access to digital workshops and webcasts, sponsored events, advisory support, problem resolution, and escalation management. The contract also includes provisions for U.S. citizen-only technical support and Designated Support Engineering (DSE) resources for managing problem requests and providing technical expertise.
